We all have urges, aberrant hungers that we spend our days calculating whether it is to our advantage to indulge or suppress them. The righteous fury that moves one desperate victim to take revenge on the person who wronged them. The fathomless greed for recognition that drives another to seek ever higher achievement. Most societies and cultures caution us to rein in these impulses, to achieve enlightenment through their denial.
But what if we were to let them go? What monsters would be born?

RUBILYKSKOYE is a dark, horror-themed smut game. Characters arrive in a wooded void-space, naked and without any belongings. They will soon discover glowing runes on their bodies like tattoos, which mark them as bearing a curse that transforms them into monsters if they do not have regular sexual intercourse. The transformation into a beast is painful, and when it is complete, they lose their sense of self, becoming driven only by an appetite for sex and/or violence. In the nearby township from which the game takes its name, characters will discover a cult-like society of similarly cursed individuals with unfamiliar customs centered around the careful indulgence of these urges.
The game will alternate between horror-based and sex-based events. Horror events will draw on various tropes and elements like body horror, gore, violence, psychological horror, loss of autonomy, mistrust of senses, and lovecraftian madness. Smut events will draw primarily on kink tropes driven by the cult-like behavior of the local population.
Opt-outs will vary by event. While players can opt-out of the smut parts of the game, it will intensify the horror aspects of the game for their character, and opting out of the horror parts of the game will generally require more involvement in the smut components.

We need some help understanding your question here, in part because we're not sure what you mean by 'traits' and 'handead.' Is a handead trait a superhuman power like a voice being unable to undo brainwashing? Is that their only supernatural power?
Our FAQ has some guidance on how we limit supernatural powers which may help, but if you're worried about a specific ability, we'd ask you to please describe the full powers in-depth so we can give a concrete answer about it.

a handead (from the series handead anthem) is like a "half-zombie". we in the fandom are not really sure what that means either exactly, but. there are influencer handead (who are born that way) and those influencers can create more handead by biting people (or injecting them with 'dead injections'). i'm wondering how it'd be handled if an influencer character bit another.
influencer voices can also undo the brainwashing that has afflicted the masses for a long time.
but just for clarity's sake handead (influencers and those they create both) also feel emotions and physical sensations much more strongly than their fully alive and brainwashed counterparts. if they feel an emotion too strongly, they could be overwhelmed by that and then act out on impulse and said emotion.

Based on your description here, these don't sound like powers that will require any limitation. More details below.
If a zombie character (or a werewolf, or a vampire, etc.) turns another character through a bite or any other means, we will expect a plot request to be submitted to our PLOTTING page. We have no problems with this taking place, we just want to make sure we're aware of it when it's happening as it fundamentally changes the powers that a different character was brought into the game with.
Similarly, before using an influencer power on any potentially psychically influenced PCs or NPCs as related to another PC's powers or related to mod events and plotting, please make sure you're communicating to make sure that the mechanic functions as you think it does as 'brainwashing.'
We do want to remind you of the part of our FAQ that notes that already monstrous characters are welcome to separate their characters' monstrous powers out into being exclusive to their monstrous form, so if you wanted a handead bite to only have the capacity to turn another character while they're transformed, but not while they're in their ordinary human state, that's fine too.
